2002-2005Discovery of Talent
After being given a chance on a sales floor in Dallas, former appointment-setter Michael tied for top sales in his first 3 months. This is when he started discovering his talent, and others did, too. Although he was making great sales, Michael had a cavalier attitude about his career and wasn’t committed to growth. That culminated when he was negligent in his responsibilities and fired from his second car sales job.
2005-2018Nurturing Talent
Michael picked up and tried again, and his efforts were recognized as a sales consultant at a high-end car dealership in Florida. But after leaving this job and moving to Ohio to welcome a beautiful baby boy with his former college sweetheart, he eventually entered a low point in his career. Mixed in with Michael’s car sales successes were numerous job issues due to overconfidence and resistance to coaching – forcing him to evaluate what he was made of and capable of. After meeting his future wife, Allysa, and welcoming the twins, Michael dedicated himself to nurturing his skills. As a result, he unlocked new potential, earned recognition from leadership, and continually shattered his own sales records.
2018-PresentMastery
Recognition of this growing potential from his higher-ups led Michael to take on a new opportunity at a much larger high-end car dealership. Here, Michael mastered the art of listening to build loyal customer relationships. As a manager, Michael was a natural coach to his team and helped them shatter their sales records, too. Now he shares his unique method with motivated pros who want to put their soul in every sale.
